Van Robotics is a company from Columbia, SC, started by an impressive entrepreneur with an... unimpressive product.
Despite the name, the entrepreneur created a doll that will interact with students as they work through a series of lessons.
It honestly resembles the geeky little brother of the Nintendo Entertainment System robot and seemed more annoying. And, despite promises of artificial intelligence and machine learning, the second pitch promising such this episode, it failed to wow the sharks and Van Robotics left the tank without a deal.
