Just The Cheese is a snack food company from Madison, WI, who's founder came from a family of cheese & dairy farmers. Using a baking technique, he found a way to make his all-cheese snack taste like the over-cooked bits on a grilled cheese sandwich so much.
Unfortunately, coming into the tank with a value of $10,000,000 and offering just 5% equity was always going to be a problem. And the entrepreneur could have had a deal with Mark but they were too far apart in their valuations and the entrepreneur actually declined an offer on the table.
Just The Cheese wouldn't be the only company to do so in this episode as Neuro would decline to make a deal in the tank also.
